a backyard wedding in the heart of Texas right at sunset. right at the start of summer. a quiet night under trees and stars and low hanging strings of lights. and there, under those trees and stars and lights, two people gave their lives to each other. 

it's crazy how attached I become to my couples. but how can I not, when I am there on the day that they make one of the biggest decisions of their lives? the old is gone and where it once was, there is new.

two are now one. the merging of families.

it's a privilege to be asked to document this kind of thing. it's incredibly humbling.
