what a world. strange days so full of uncertainty. so here are some quiet photos of a quiet morning.
sunrise is unique. it creeps over like a long yawn, stretching slowly, dusting the earth with muted beams of light. the shadows are much cooler. a noticeable contrast. the ground quite damp with dew. and our little paradise carved out of a backyard in austin. sheets and linens hung from clotheslines. rich green branches acknowledging the breeze.
simple and sweet.
this past Hey, Sista! i worked so hard to ensure that each shoot was very intentional. plans made with purpose. my overarching theme was make it work with what you have. so each shoot took place either at the house we were staying, or in the surrounding neighborhood. i think a lot of creativity and good can come from having limited options. something we explored a lot at our last workshop. it was dang special.
thank you Ellorie and Mark for sharing your morning with us. and Meagan for always being so dang good at knowing just the way to execute a hair and makeup look with just a brief description of the feeling. and Madison for giving us florals that always inspire gracefulness with their ethereal quality. and Allison just for being the freaking best teammate of all time.
